Rainbow cake pops

I love rainbows – in fact, my profile picture on Facebook is a rainbow I photographed at Bondi. Rainbows are pretty, magical and promise good things in store. Perfect then, for the christening these were meant for!

Just looking at a bunch of brightly coloured balls makes one feel a little happier, wouldn’t you say? It’s hard, however, to do proper rainbow cake pops unless one is doing a lot of pops – there are after all, a minimum of 6 pots of chocolates to colour and I usually need to do at least 10 per colour or I end up dunking a lot of chocolate down the drain. Am happy I could go all out for this one.
