Pops that are standing ‘down’ are actually harder to make than the upright ones.Their ‘bottoms’ also don’t look the neatest, of course this isn’t an issue until you lift it up to eat it.
They are however, easier to plate up. No need for cake pop stands or any of the sort, any flat platter or traditional cake stand will do. Here I used a cheese board I was given as a housewarming gift. I don’t eat cheese, but it came in handy after all! Don’t these groom cake pops look dapper?
