Elsa cake

When making the face for this Elsa cake, I thought it was quite like making a cake pop. Only I didn’t make it 20 or 30 or 50 times, just this once.

Some Dolly Varden cakes use a doll inside, but I don’t quite like mixing inedible stuff with edible stuff. So yes, she is completely edible.
