Game of Thrones cake pops

I love Game of Thrones. I’ve read the books and thought it was one of the best books I’ve ever read. The end of each chapter was a cliff hanger! Of course, after you’ve read the books, you become a bit critical of the movie, but the characters are certainly played well.

So I jumped at the chance to make these R-rated cake pops. I’ve made many faces before, but this time, I had to make it look vacant, and err, not happy. This is harder than it looks. In cake pop pictures online, Ned Stark the cake pop has his eyes closed, but the real Ned Stark stared blankly into space in the movie. All the Ned Stark cakes also keep the eyes open. So I decided to keep the eyes open for a more authentic look.
