Silver cross cake pops

Do you know the toughest part of these cake pops? Finding the silver cachous balls in the perfect size. The perfect size to form a well-balanced cross, and the perfect size to sit on a cake pop so it would fill it up but not look too awkwardly big. I bought 3 different bottles of silver cachous and settled on this one.

Then of course, they have to positioned one by one with a bit of melted choc so they sit straight. That’s the thing about simple designs – they certainly are classy and they look simple, but the execution takes a long time because the beauty of a simple design, lies in its execution.
