Harry Potter cake pops

These Harry Potter logo and thunderbolt ones are handpainted with edible ink, and I really enjoyed giving it a dramatic contrast with the gold and black. The owl is no ordinary owl, but modelled after the owl in the movies.

I could have done just a plain round gold ball for the snitch, but upon inspection, I found that there are markings on the snitch, so I decided to pipe on those markings (yes, I regularly do this to myself) The wings would have been spread out a lot more, if I didn’t have to courier the pops. I always want the pops to arrive in one piece, so when I am making them, I make design changes based on their method of arrival. If the pops are really fragile, I only offer a pickup option.
