This has been a long time in the oven, so to speak but I’m excited to announce I have just launched a cake pop beginner’s class, at Pearl’s Creations, a cake studio with full kitchen facilities in Hornsby. I’ve refined the process much along the way. I do emphasize taste, not just looks so my cake pops are made with a dense cake texture (I don’t like to eat wet, gummy cake). Can’t wait to be teaching this class!
