Hello there!

This is an answer to our most common FAQs

1) Yes, we are operating but on a click and collect, or courier/delivery basis only. The shop is not open for walk-ins, and pickups are by appointment. All appointments are required to scan in upon entry, product will be placed at countertop for pickup.

2) Our menu is currently limited to what is available on the website (that you can add to cart and checkout). There will be no custom orders during this period of lockdown.

3) Local delivery is available to postcodes 2077, 2076, 2079 and 2120 for now. Courier options are generally available for the rest of Sydney, but depend on the product selected.

Cupcakes and cakes cannot be couriered and therefore are for pickup only, or the local nearby suburbs delivery only. Standard parcel courier are ok for cookies, which have a long shelf life but not for cake pops, which need to arrive via same day shipping. The options will appear on checkout based on what is in your cart. You can also book your own courier to pick up from us ( eg GoPeople, or Zoom2u couriers) but please contact us first to make an appointment for pickup.

4) There is a few days lead for bookings, although some products can be next day. If the next day is not available on checkout, this means that date has been fully booked. We are not taking bookings more than a month in advance.

I apologise for the changes and the limitations, but we are currently hamstrung in many ways in terms of operations and things are taking longer than usual. I fully appreciate that some people will not be able to pick up due to restrictions, but we are not set up for city-wide shipping of cakes and fragile, perishable items.

I also want to create a safer environment for staff and customers, and have closed the store and the retail operations for this reason.

We want to keep delivering the treats that help people celebrate those special occasions, and do that in the safest way possible. Trust me when I say, we can’t wait for the day we will be going at full steam again and welcoming people back instore.

Until then, stay safe!
