Cakes, cupcakes and cake pops can be store at room temperature for up to 2 days. Please note this is dependant on season – if the icing is at risk of softening due to heat, this will need to be stored in the refrigerator.
Cookies can be stored in their individual sealed bags for a month.
If not to be consumed in 2 days, cake pops can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. When removing, let the box come to room temperature (1-2 hours) before opening the lid and unwrapping the pops. This avoids any condensation on the cake pops.
Macarons are to be stored in a container in the fridge and consumed within 2 days.

All products are available for pickup in store in Hornsby Heights. Cupcakes and cakes are for pickup only.
Cake pops and cookies (with the exception of very fragile designs) can be couriered to any part of Sydney for $22 (shipped in the morning, arrives in the afternoon).

Custom cake prices depend on the size (number of serves) material, finish and detail of the decorations on top.
All the cakes listed in the shop are buttercream cakes.
Fondant cakes involve a mud cake, ganache and a fondant covered finish. They start at $200 for a small cake of a simple design. Each topper if handmade from fondant/gumpaste start from $20 depending on the detail and size. Intricate toppers start from $50 each. For a quote, please send a sample image and fill in the ‘get a quote’ form.
Pricing depends on the detail and number of colours . Round cake pops cost less than shaped ones. Metallic colours (gold, silver) require airbrushing and cost more than matte colours.
Character cake pops generally start at $8 each.

Most of what we do is made to order, and made by hand and are time intensive. Some custom orders may require special cutters and images to make. As such, we need notice to process orders and organise resources.
Custom cakes (based on a quoting process) require at least one week’s notice (two weeks in the month prior to Christmas).
For items listed on the website, the minimum lead time is 3-4 days ahead. However, on busy weeks, we may close the bookings earlier, so we suggest placing orders a week in advance.
Rush orders (24 hours notice) can be processed for standard cupcakes, please ring or text to place this order.
Choose your size
The bite-size is also known as a mini cupcake or babycakes. This is suitable for young children or as tasters for adults.
The classic is a medium size, which is also known as the traditional size for cupcakes.
The standard is the most common size now.
The jumbo is a muffin sized cupcake.
Most cakes listed on this website are of a dense sponge/pound cake (not a mud), with a buttercream icing. Our buttercream icing uses butter and not shortening. We bake our cakes from scratch, using fresh milk and free-range eggs – we do not use cake mixes.
Some cakes have fondant embellishments or toppers as decorations.
Fondant custom cakes have a mud cake, which are more dense and rich, and chocolate ganache base.
Each product lists an approximate number of serves for each. Our cakes use premium ingredients, and generally have a dense crumb. We use a 1 inch x 2 inch cut (3 inches high) as a standard size. To cut a tall cake, you will either need to cut finger slices, or cut a larger serve and half the height.
