– Tackle the Italian meringue buttercream, make a a luscious and rich buttercream that has been described as ‘room temperature ice-cream”‘
– We do it everything step-by-step together and all recipes are provided
– Learn the essentials of colouring buttercream, navigate your way through the various types of colouring in the market and the best colours to use for your buttercream
– End the class by colouring the buttercream we just made, pipe it in your own freestyle creations onto the cupcake we just baked. Each participant goes home with 12 cupcakes
Baking is not done in this class but all recipes are provided.
