A buttercream cake with pearls and cachous, 4 macarons and gold leaf. .This cake is 6 inches diameter, 4 layers and stands at approximately 6 inches tall and makes up to 24 serves.
Toppers and bottles are not included.
Our treats are made with free range eggs, fresh milk and cream and butter, and chocolate is a strong component in many cakes and cake pops. In general, the treats contain wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy (milk, butter) and soy derivatives. All treats may contain traces of nuts.
The Ooey-Gooey range of cookies have nut-based flavours, and this range contains nuts/ may contain traces of nuts.
As there can be a wide range of ingredients in custom and decorated cakes, any allergies need to be informed at point of enquiry and we can assist in clarifying any issues.
All items can be picked up instore.
We can ship cookies and cake pops (with the exception of some fragile shapes) to all of Sydney via same day courier (weekdays).
Cookies (long shelf life) and non perishables can be shipped to all of Sydney via standard courier (delivery date not guaranteed).
We do not ship interstate with the exception of corporate bulk orders.
Most cakes listed on this website are of a dense sponge/pound cake (not a mud), with a buttercream icing. Our buttercream icing uses butter and not shortening. We bake our cakes from scratch, using fresh milk and free-range eggs – we do not use cake mixes.
Some cakes have fondant embellishments or toppers as decorations. Please note any cakes with edible images or isomalt candies are best not refrigerated for long periods due to possible condensation.
Fondant custom cakes have a mud cake, which are more dense and rich, and chocolate ganache base.
